Ordered online and the website just took my money while I waited for food. I called to ask about it and they said "we never received an order and can not just give you food free of charge" Now I have to wait for some owner to call me tomorrow and hope I get my $55 dollars back. My credit card shows the transaction went through.
Pizza was expensive and beyond soggy. Ordered double dough and pizza was so thin you couldn't pick a piece up without everything falling off. Thought we would give it a shot but will never get pizza from there again. Marchellonis is still the best around
Owner was mean to me when I asked for a refund bc our food tasted bad. He then hung up on me ! Please don't go here !!!
Paid too much money for a Chicago deep dish that was burnt. Very dissatisfied.
Cheef dipped on garlic bread is the best sandwich you're going to get around here. Owner seems to be replacing the staff that looked at you like they didn't speak English, and the customer service end getting better. Give it a try.
