A 1 star is being nice. I had them do my windows, siding, and gutters. The windows are awful. I will have to replace before we go to sell the house. I tried to get help about them and they would not return my calls. The worst experience of our lives!!! They are not to be trusted and if you do use them do not expect any follow up if you need it. Please save yourself many sleepless nights do not us them!!!
I tried my best to avoid writing this review but perhaps this will lead to some improvement. At first they were receptive, got the work started in a timely fashion, but then something just flipped. After completing my roof and most of my siding I was told they ran out of siding and would come back to finish the job. That was 6 weeks ago. I have attempted calling the contractor I worked with as well as the owner of the company, both to no avail. It's incredibly frustrating seeing my neighbor's houses get repaired from the storms and I'm just left staring at two literal piles of garbage in my driveway and backyard. If you are reading this you are probably looking for a contractor, please take my advice and go with someone else.
The were pretty good up until we signed the contract. After that they didn't seem to care left a ton of nails all over my yard after a roof install they promised they would return. Well I'm still waiting!!
